Minimum Requirements:
- Bcom in Finance
- 10 -15 years’ experience as a Dealer Principal
- Sales experience is essential

- Responsibility for sales, turnover and results of dealership
- Development of the dealership by developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies and driving the business
- Management and development of employees through disciplinary and functional guidance and target setting
- Representation of the dealership in general
- Corporate governance and legal compliance
- HR/IR management
- Operational planning
- Customer service
