SUMMARY:
Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Debtors & Creditors Clerk

Location: Crawford, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Key requirement

Relevant qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Touplan system
Background in Tourism

Key responsibility

Debtors full function

Send statements, PODS and invoices timeously
Process credit notes, refunds and invoices
Month end reconciliation, report processing and receipt of payments
Loading and maintaining new and existing accounts
Release orders
Resolving debtor's queries

Creditors full function

Acquiring and processing supplier invoices
Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts
Ensure payments are made timeously and strictly by negotiated terms
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all outstanding amounts are properly accounted for
Monthly end reports and processing
Obtaining and loading of supplier credit applications and contracts
