JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Capturing of foreign exchange rates daily
Capturing and allocating receipts
Loading payment terms for clients
Freight payments and check creditors recons specifically for freight paid in currency
Foreign currency monthly payments
Capturing exchange rate for the Group
Confirming balances and transfers on intercompany entries
Reconciling accounts
Declare daily receipts from clients to SARS via ABSA and FNB
Sending daily receipts to all the traders and logistics team
Dealing foreign exchange cash on trade finance
Foreign bank account capturing and reconciliation
Any ad hoc duties and responsibilities given by senior management

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 – 6 years’ experience in a similar role
Forex Banking and familiar with Forex trading
Experience declaring funds to the reserve bank
Confident with the ability to liaise with Directors

Qualification:
BCom Accounting or similar
