Debtors Clerk
Rocky's Drift
R15 000 - R18 000 (Depending on experience)

A well-established company in the meat processing industry, based in Rocky’s Drift, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Debtors Clerk to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 with Accounting or Mathematics
3+ years’ experience in a similar Debtors Clerk role
Proficiency on Pastel (essential)
Experience working with wholesale accounts is a strong advantage
Strong administrative, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Full debtors function: invoicing, reconciliations, and following up on outstanding accounts
Managing accounts for wholesale clients—ensuring timely collections and resolving queries
Processing credit notes and managing customer statements
Monitoring credit limits and payment terms
Compiling debtor age analysis reports for management
Maintaining accurate financial records in Pastel
Liaising with the sales and dispatch departments regarding deliveries and account queries
