A well-established company is seeking a Debtors Clerk to manage accounts receivable and sales invoicing. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role involves sales processing, payment allocation, and customer follow-ups - all using PASTEL.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Experience: 3 to 5 years as a Debtors Clerk, handling accounts receivable and sales invoicing
Education: Grade 12 (Matric) and a tertiary qualification in Financial Accounting
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pastel Accounting Software (advantageous) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage financial records with accuracy and efficiency
Work Ethic: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, customers, and external auditors
