POSITION INFO:
As a Debtors Clerk, you’ll play a key role in managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture & file Proof of Deliveries (PODs) accurately & timeously
Maintain up-to-date customer records & documentation
Prepare & send statements and invoices
Perform reconciliations of debtor accounts
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
Allocate payments & resolve discrepancies
Assist with debtor age analysis reports & audit support

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in debtors/accounts receivable or finance admin
Matric (finance qualification advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (Pastel preferred)
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
