SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established accounting firm based in Rustenburg, is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Debtors Clerk to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric 3-5 years' experience in a Debtors Clerk or similar finance-related role Strong understanding of debtors processes and account reconciliations Computer literate with experience on accounting software and MS Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Valid driver's licence will be advantageous Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining debtor accounts Following up on outstanding payments and collections Allocating payments and processing receipts Performing account reconciliations Resolving account queries and discrepancies Preparing debtor reports and age analyses Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation Liaising with clients regarding account-related matters Competencies Strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Professional telephone etiquette High level of accuracy and confidentiality Team player with a proactive approach Remuneration Market-related salary, dependent on qualifications and experience.
