JOB SUMMARY:
A Well-known property company is looking for a Debtors Clerk to join their entity on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent
2 years relevant experience
Background and knowledge of property and/or rentals
MDA Experience

Job description & Skills

Load & charge tenants as per lease agreements
Ensure tenant queries are investigated, resolved & processed within the agreed time frame
Ensure correct maintenance of tenants accounts
Ensure tenant deposits for existing tenants are reconciled & refunded within the agreed timeframe
Ensure tenant statements are delivered to the tenants by the 25th of the month
Ensure all supporting documents are filed & stored in an appropriate manner
Perform any additional task that may be given by senior management from time to time
