SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic property management company based in Johannesburg North, known for its professional, fast-paced, and people-centered environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Debtors Clerk (Accounts Receivable Clerk) to join our clients finance team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum 2-3 years in a Debtors / Accounts Receivable role within the property industry
Proficiency in MDA property management software (non-negotiable)
Solid understanding of leasing, tenant billing, and recoveries
Experience with reconciling tenant accounts, managing queries, and following up on outstanding debt

Responsibilities include:

Full debtor function: invoicing, receipting, allocating payments
Managing tenant statements and collections
Handling billing for leases and recoveries (utilities, CAM, etc.)
Following up on arrears and ensuring timeous collection
Preparing debtor age analysis and reporting to management
Working closely with portfolio manager and the finance team

Requirements:

Matric with Accounting
Relevant financial diploma/certificate advantageous
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
