Debtors Supervisor JB1663
Midrand
R15000 per month

To provide leadership to debtors and accounts Clerks and to ensure that the function operates efficiently, effectively and within legislative guidelines

Educational requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting
At least 2 years working experience within a supervising role
5 years work experience in Debtors and finance
MS office proficient
Strong debt collecting skills
Experience in dealing with creditors

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration supervision
Responsible for operation of all accounting systems and records
Cash office – contracts, banking and credit balancing reports
Submission of invoices to head office
Monthly recons
Daily banking and journal processing
Receipting, invoicing, and banking
Annual budget submission
Staff supervision
To provide leadership and direction to Debtors and Accounts Clerk
Manage performance and development of staff
Achieved the agree target collections
Accurately and timeous processing of recons
Ensuring zero instances of policy violations
