Debtors / Wage / Creditors Clerk

A manufacturing company is currently looking for a Debtors / Wage / Creditors Clerk.

Weekly Duties:

• Checking uploads of the clocking system for correctness.
• Capturing of leave and loans on system
• Payslips

Debtors Function & Creditors function:

• Full debtors’ function
• Allocation of funds received in banks – captured on a computer.
• Daily reporting of debtor’s deposits
• Limit reports to management
• Downloads of data (Syspro)
• Liaison with debtors regarding payments, copy invoice requirements, statements, and debtors’ reconciliations as required.
• Matching and correctness of documents
• Capturing documents on Syspro
• Liaison with the suppliers on outstanding documents, as well as statements
• Reconciliation with creditors for payment
• Preparing Schedules for payments

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Grade 12
• Minimum 6 years experience
• Syspro & Sage 300 experience required
