SUMMARY:
Well-established company based in Johannesburg South seeks a Debtors and Creditors Clerk to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years; experience
Matric

Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable (AR):

Reconcile customer accounts
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up on payments
Handle customer queries and resolve billing issues

Accounts Payable (AP):

Process vendor invoices
Maintain accurate supplier and AP records
Ensure timely payments to suppliers
Reconcile vendor statements

General Administration:

Filing and archive control
Assist with office-related admin (HR, Health & Safety, training documentation)
Imports, exports administration, and costing
