SUMMARY:
Our legal client, based in Pretoria East, is seeking a Deceased Estates Secretary to join their dynamic team
Salary: R20 000 CTC per month

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
2-3 years experience
Proficient in the administration process from reporting the estate to finalization
Strong knowledge of the Master's Office procedures and documentation
Open an Estate Late bank account
Drafting and submitting all necessary documentation to the Master’s Office
Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and the Master's Office
Preparing Liquidation and Distribution accounts
Prepare Estate Late files
Advertise Liquidation and Distribution account in the local newspaper and Government Gazette
