My client, an established firm in Welkom, is looking for an experienced Deeds Typist with specific expertise in mortgage bonds.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Deeds Typist, specifically handling mortgage bonds
- Strong knowledge of deeds office procedures and relevant legal documentation
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office
Salary: Negotiable based on experience, up to a maximum of R20 000 per month.
