Our client operates within the influencer marketing and social media space. The business utilizes a centralised delivery model and its own Waves platform for creator research and reporting.

The Role: Delivery Team Lead

The Delivery Team Lead exists to build and manage a centralised execution function focused on speed, quality, and scalability. This role contributes to the business by acting as a bridge between client teams and execution, ensuring that work is delivered in line with defined processes. The main focus areas involve managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, overseeing high-volume tasks like creator outreach and research, and integrating AI and automation to improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery team with 4-7+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or campaign execution.

• Oversee the delivery of creator research, data entry into Waves, and large-scale creator outreach.

• Set clear expectations, workflows, and performance standards while managing team capacity and allocation.

• Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.

• Implement automation and AI integration to increase speed and reduce manual effort.

• Translate business needs from client services teams into clear execution workflows.

• Drive process excellence and standardisation of repeatable tasks across the business.

• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development for team members from AE to AM level.

About You

• 4-7+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Operations, Data, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing and scaling delivery or execution teams at the AE to AM level.

• Strong background in capacity planning, workflow management, and performance delivery.

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with CRM, outreach, or workflow tools.

• Ability to translate business needs into workflows and manage feedback loops.

• Exposure to digital marketing, influencer marketing, or social media environments is advantageous.

• Exposure to AI and automation platforms or tools is advantageous.
