SUMMARY:
Datacentrix is looking for skilled Dell Pre-Sales Specialists to partner with our sales team by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysing customer requirements, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and designing tailored solutions that align with client needs.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Matric plus a relevant Pre-Sales certification (Dell certification required)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Pre-sales
- Proven experience enhancing the sales process by conducting needs assessments, demonstrating product value, arranging POCs, and addressing technical concerns early in the cycle
- Target-Driven (Sales & KPIs)
Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the sales team on solution suitability and delivery expectations
- Build customer confidence by addressing technical queries and aligning solutions with business objectives
- Deliver compelling solution presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support sales efforts with strong product and business knowledge
- Maintain in-depth expertise on company products, services, and methodologies
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the portfolio
- Represent the company professionally, fostering strong client relationships
- Prepare detailed costings to ensure profitability of contracts
- Engage regularly with customers and ensure proposals are accurate, high-quality, and timely
- Identify and penetrate target accounts to drive business growth
