Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:- Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Skills:- Strong Delphi development expertise
- Experience with C# and C++
- Solid understanding of 3-tier architecture and object-oriented design principles
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures
- Front-end and back-end development capability
- Knowledge of design patterns and algorithmic problem-solving
