POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do:

• Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls to generate and qualify business leads across global campaigns.
• Engage confidently with business decision-makers in your native or fluent language.
• Consistently meet and exceed targets and performance metrics.
• Accurately manage lead data using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com) and Excel.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to share insights, improve results, and celebrate success.

• Fluency in English and at least one European language: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience.

• Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.
• Full-time, permanent role (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).
