POSITION INFO:

Our client a Global Tech firm is seeking a Demand Manager to join their team in Sandton on a contract basis for 2 months. Our client offers great benefits, stability, growth and an attractive salary.

Role Description and Responsibilities:

• Management of the idea and demand management end-to-end process and pipeline
• Working with the Business partners to review and complete the request documents with all the relevant information (quality assure) in prep for the FDC approval
• Identifying improvements to the process and system requirements for
• Reviewing and updating of the requests in Service Now based on the outcome pf the various forums
• Preparing the presentations and presenting the Demand items at the fortnightly Functional Demand
• Council and ITLT Business Management Meetings.
• Reporting on the status of demand at various forums
• Provide the interface between the Ops delivery team/ vendor delivery teams, the PMO and the business in facilitating the fulfilment of demand.
• Work closely with the Ops delivery team to track progress and ensure on timely delivery.

Minimum qualification, experience and expertise required:

• General project management and governance experience
• Business Analysis experience
• Excellent communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Exposure to Service Now is an advantage
