Main purpose of the position:
To develop an accurate aggregate forecast,
• incorporating sales and marketing intuition
• and detailed data analysis
• to drive operations and supply chain
Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust as required.
Active involvement in daily planning and execution to achieve the group goals and objectives, whilst continuously reducing cost, and ensuring the Optimum stock levels
Develop an aggregate plan.
Monitor forecast accuracy and improve
Develop and maintain in Excel
Whilst identifying optimum software requirements
Gain approval from
Sales team
Communicate plan to the teams in
Operations
Procurement
Inventory
Logistics and distribution
Active involvement in operations planning to migrate to JIT philosophy
Identify the need of best practice and implement:
Standardise process and train personnel across the group.
Management and control of working capital through more accurate forecasts
Any other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time
Salary - R50 - R60 000pm CTC
