SUMMARY:
Editing and proofreading of official documents to ensure grammatical correctness, style, logic and consistency in order to guarantee professional results and maintain the standards and image of the company

POSITION INFO:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provision of editing support to the Department

• Edit and proofread official documents for grammar, style, logic and consistency (mainly internal documents, e.g. the internal newsletter, the Intranet, submissions, etc.)
• Liaise with writers of documents to determine meaning where this is unclear

Provision of proofreading support to the Department

• Proofread official documents before publication (mainly internal newsletter)

Administrative tasks related to the above

• Keep register when requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Three to five years'' experience in writing and editing preferably within the public service.
• At least a bachelor''s degree, preferably with English as a major
