Deputy Theatre Unit Manager

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and experienced Senior Scrub Nurse. The successful candidate will assist the Theatre Unit Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the operating theatre, ensuring optimal patient care, staff coordination, and adherence to high clinical standards.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
• Recognised Post-Basic qualification in Operating Theatre Technique
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a Scrub Nurse
• Excellent leadership ability and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations
• Indemnity cover (proof required)
• Own transport is essential
