JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in a mining house is seeking for a Design & Construction Manager for 12 months contract to be based in Northern Cape.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design & Construction Manager:

B.Eng./B.Tech. (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Metallurgy).
10-12 yrs. experience in project management from concept to commissioning.
Hands on execution experience.
Cross functional engineering knowledge
Versed in SA stds and codes.
Expertise in Design / Engineering review and site construction Critically required.
Strong co-ordination
Bridge between OE, BMM and Contractors on site
Projects certification.
More of a Field Engineer, that can also have the capabilities of a CM.
Must have hands on experience of Concentrator plants, Crushers, Screens, Mills, Thickeners, Floatation cells/plants, Chutes and Hoppers.
