JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Johannesburg based company is looking to employ a Design Engineer to assist in meeting department sales, designated projects and specific client deadlines. This organisation specialises in the distribution of drive technology worldwide.

Requirements:

Matric essential
3 Years experience with design and drawing generation
B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
OEM and project houses experience is essential
Computer literate on SAP / CRM
Review and interpret tender documents
Solidworks and AutoCAD experience

Responsibilities

Modification of shaft drawings
Update drawing register
Generate bill of materials for all orders
Attend project meetings
Checking and reviewing of drawings
