Design and Production Manager (Mech Eng Water Treatment)

Growing water treatment company is looking to employ a graduate Mechanical Engineer to manage their design and production teams.

For the position you would be required to have:

• B. Eng/ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering
• CAD experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience
• Management/ Leadership ability/ experience
• Experience in the water treatment industry ESSENTIAL

Responsibilities would include you to:

• Lead mechanical design for water and wastewater treatment plant and equipment.
• Manage Design Team.
• Manage Production Team.
• Tendering and costing of Mechanical bills.
• Create workflows, processes and QCP's for the design and production teams and ensure they are implemented.
• Ensure KPI's are met.
• Reporting of KPI's to management
• Work well in a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• R&D of mechanical equipment.
