  • Validate funeral claims on a daily basis with strict targets in a high-pressured environment as targets are driven by SLA with retainer clients which XTND canâ??t breech.
  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Qualification:

  • Candidate must have Matric
  • Pass the Layer Voice Analysis
  • No previous criminal charges or convictions. 

  Essential Experience:

  • Have at least 2 yearsâ?? experience in the funeral and claims industry. 
  • Computer literate, good report writing skills, speak multiple African languages.
  • Must speak multiple African languages.
  Key Accountabilities:
  • Validate funeral claims on a daily basis with strict targets in a high-pressured environment as targets are driven by SLA with retainer clients which XTND canâ??t breech.
  • Have insurance claims and funeral insurance experience. 
  • Experience in questioning techniques and interviewing skills.
  • Report writing skills
  • Good understanding of fraud and fraud investigations.
  Personality and Attributes:
  • Target driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability handle high-pressured.
  • Good writing communications and verbal.

  Work environment:

  • Employee will be expected to work remotely from their own residence.  Tools of trade will be supplied.

  Physical demands:
