POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Information technology or a related field
Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and
network systems
Installation and Configuration: Setting up new workstations, peripherals, and software
Networking: Troubleshooting and maintaining network connectivity, including VPN and LAN/WAN
issues
Security: Ensuring the security of computer systems and networks
