Restaurant group in Lubumbashi the Congo is looking for a Pastry / Dessert Chef. Applicants must have 6 years + experience as a pastry and dessert chef. Must be strong in following recipes and meeting set quality standards. Looking for someone who can work in an a la carte kitchen and who can create dishes on order. Must have experience in creating cakes, desserts, and other pastries. Must be able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
