POSITION INFO:
Essential Skills & Experience

• German Language Proficiency – Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently.
• Strong communication skills for effective business user engagement.
• Solid experience in:
• Incident Management (IM)
• Change Management (CM)
• Problem Management (PM)
• IT Operations Process Controls
• Agile Working Model (AWM) responsibilities as assigned.

• SAP System knowledge, especially in:
• SAP WM & EWM logistical processes)
• ITIL process experience (Certification is a plus)

• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in IT work environment.
• Minimum 2 years in SAP Operations.
• Minimum 2 years in SAP Logistics Modules (WM & EWM).

• Operate within a DevOps team supporting 24/7 and shift-based operations.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth go-lives.
• Follow up on incident tickets to drive long-term improvements.
• Suggest and implement proactive solutions to reduce recurring issues.
• Continuously enhance daily IT operations.
