They are looking for someone that is excited by technology that has the right attitude and is willing to learn. The devops engineer would be expected to test and maintain the tools needed to deploy their infrastructure and allow for the speedy development and release of their software

Microservices / Monolithic Architecture and the differences
Monitoring
Git / GitLab
Docker / Docker swarm
Kubernetes
Windows Administration
Linux Administration
MySQL, MSSQL
PHP, NodeJS, Python, Java, Go
Backups and disaster recovery
Security
AWS experience is a bonus, but not a requirement
