DevOps Engineer required for an IT Consultancy based in Edinburgh.
They are a well-established IT Consultancy firm working with big names across Scotland, providing them with implementation and infrastructure change programmes. They are expanding their teams to ensure all of their client's projects are completed successfully by experienced consultants.
You will be joining a small team of engineers, working closely with the architecture and application platform teams ensuring all applications are delivered securely. You will mentor more junior members of the team and be responsible for the cloud platforms across the business and establish the appropriate controls and policies to ensure applications meet the security standards, and will be comfortable documenting, approving, and implementing controls that support all systems. You will have experience within a similar role and will be a motivated individual who is eager to expand their skill set and get hands on with different projects.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Experience with CI/CD Pipelines - Azure DevOps or similar
** Strong experience and knowledge of Cloud; Azure ideally - AWS
** Experience with tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform
** A good understanding of DevOps principles and practices
** Experience working in an Agile Environment and working with ISO 27001
** A good understanding of underlying infrastructure including networking and network security
