Education and Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Bachelor''s degree in IT, Engineering, or Software Development
VB Script
C#
SSRS Reporting
Relational Databases SQL
Running and maintaining services in cloud environment
Flowcentric experience, advantageous

Responsibilities

To work closely with product managers, and other software partners and translating business requirements into technical specifications
Participate in client-side and server-side architecture design
Translate design mock ups into responsive front-ends
Help develop and manage a well-functioning database structure
Develop integrations to various internal and external systems
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software modules
Ensure software integrity, security, and redundancy
Manage operation of high availability software platform
Administrate cloud based architecture of software platform
Help facilitate agile dev-ops cycles to ensure rapid and agile development
Facilitate monitoring and logging for improved performance analysis
Outage and operational support for business critical software platform

Objectives of the role:

Participating in the design and creation of scalable software platforms
Deploy, maintain, and support operation of software platform
Ensure high-uptime and performance of business critical software platform
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware and software
Monitor, control, and improve software operation on a continuous basis
