My client that is one of the big 4 banks is urgently looking for expert Developer C1 (Data) to join a successful team. This candidate must be an intellectual developer with excellent communication skills. This is a hands-on exposure opportunity that comes with financial freedom.
POSITION INFO:
Description:
To provide IT expertise and advice in the design, creation, testing and documentation of new and enhanced applications and systems in accordance with agreed framework of programming standards. To produce logical and technical specifications from functional specifications and to write the code for medium to large applications.
Education:
Minimum: B.Comm, B.Eng, BSC Eng, BSC Informatics or related degree.
3 – 5 years’ experience in programming.
Familiar with one or more programming languages as appropriate for the specific requirements of the department related to the field.
System Design experience advantageous
Skills:
- Required understanding of:
- Reporting skills (Power BI, SSRS)
- Data (Lineage, Integrity)
- TFS, TFVC
- Visual Studio
- SQL Management Studio
- SQL (ADO, SSIS, T-SQL, Security, Polybase, ETL)
- UI (Design)
- Preferable understanding of: SharePoint (Lists, Security)
