JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Principal Development Engineer – Embedded
Geographical area: Cape Town
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Will form part of a design team developing embedded software and firmware for digital electronic hardware for computing appliances etc
  • Formal design, development, implementation and verification of systems, subsystems and associated software, limited hardware and algorithms.

Minimum qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 0-3 years C and/or C++ programming experience
  • RTOS and/or Linux experience highly recommended.
