POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibility:

To provide development services to our client using the latest technologies for developing products and integrations used in HCM business processes.
Being a primary resource for development and support for HCM products leveraging our visual development platform.
Operate within the full product lifecycle from wireframes and database models through to the UI/UX.
Working with software development test engineers to fully automate application testing.
Providing feedback to internal teams to help drive new product requirements and enhancements.
Collaborating with Product Management, UX & Architects to deliver end-to-end products that will delight our clients.
Assisting with tracking and reporting progress of tasks against key milestones.
Ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks.

Competencies:

Developer with hands-on programming experience and strong knowledge and understanding of programming fundamentals.
Back-end and/or Front-end Development experience
Agile software development
Understanding client requirements and business rules
