Dialler Manager

SUMMARY:
A well-established company in Durban is looking for a Dialler Manager to be part of their dynamic team. The Dialler manager will be analysing and managing the consumption of sales lead data processed via the dialler management system, across multiple outbound campaigns, in order to optimise usage and increase revenue.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the dialler system, including uploading of data and setting filters to optimise performance.
• Optimise the efficiency and cost of data.
• Analyse sales data to produce campaign intelligence that will help shape the dialler strategy, to improve performance and revenue.
• Analyse customer demographic and data trends to provide the intelligence behind future contact strategies.

Requirements

• Must have advanced report writing skills
• Must have good analytical skills
• Must have a very high attention to detail
• Must have matric and relevant tertiary qualification
• Must have 3 years’ experience in a Dialler manager role
• Must be willing to relocate to Durban
• Must have clear ITC and Criminal checks
