JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reputable company based in Enyathi – near Vryheid, is seeking a newly qualified Diesel Mechanic to join their team!

Qualifications:

Recently qualified Diesel Mechanic. Suitable technical tertiary qualification.
Relevant training courses.
Prior training required Firefighting
Heavy vehicle driver’s license with PDP
Light vehicle driver’s license

Skills required:

Hydraulics, pneumatics and electronic systems
Computer literacy: MS 365 (Outlook, Word and Excel)

Prior Experience:

2 - 5 years’ experience with agricultural equipment, heavy diesel equipment / yellow machines
Basic welding skills
Experience with Bell / Dezzi / New Holland / John Deere / Massey Fergusson / Cat Grader / TLB’s / JCB / Toyota (LMV).
Firefighting equipment such as 2 stroke engines / pumps

Language Skills - English (speak, read, write) • isiZulu (fluent)

Working conditions: Stay and live on the Estate. Travel to breakdowns and to service providers / suppliers where necessary – Housing will be provided.
