Diesel Mechanics: Cummins, CAT and Detroit Trucks and Buses: USA Project

1. Worked on Cummins(NB), CAT(NB) and Detroit diesel.
2. Inspect, repair, or overhaul buses, trucks, and heavy equipment.
3. Test drive and Inspect vehicles,
4. Diagnose malfunctions; consult with customers on diagnosis.
5. Read and interpret diagnostic test results.
6. Raise trucks, buses, and heavy parts or equipment by using hydraulic jacks or hoists
7. Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, etc.
8. Do routine maintenance, oil changes, battery check, lubricating equipment and parts.
9. Adjust and align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and attach system components.
10. Repair or replace malfunctioning components, parts, mechanical or electrical equipment.
11. Test-drive vehicles to ensure that they run correctly after repair.
