Digital Designer

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join a very creative team based in Centurion. You will play a key role in producing high-performing digital assets for campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and X. The ideal candidate is a creative, digital- first thinker, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Head of Studio and requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Graphic Design

Must-Haves:

• A strong, relevant portfolio of digital design work.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
• Proficiency in Google Web Designer for HTMLS ad development.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience designing for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and X.
• A strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with ad specs and policies for digital platforms.
• Experience in creative A/B testing and optimization techniques.

• Design visually compelling digital ads for Google, Meta, TikTok, and X.
• Develop engaging HTML emails and landing pages optimised for UX and conversion
• Collaborate with marketing leads to ensure visuals align with campaign strategy and performance goals
• Create animated banners, motion graphics, and interactive ads using Google Web Designer and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ensure all digital content is responsive across various screen sizes and platforms.
• Support occasional print design needs (e.g., flyers, menus, posters, POS materials).
• Optimise digital creatives for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Stay on top of digital design trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
• Participate in creative testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.
