Role Overview
You live and breathe games. You know how to reach players where they hang out online, spark their
curiosity, and keep them coming back. As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll plan and execute
social-first campaigns, track real-time data, and iterate fast—turning insights into action that drives
installs, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s online game across social media channels (TikTok, Instagram,
Facebook, Discord, Twitch) to attract and retain target users.
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and cooperative promotions, tracking game
operation data to optimize strategy.
- Plan and run online promotional activities, in-game events, and launch activations that boost
game visibility and user acquisition.
- Publicize version updates, coordinate themed marketing events, and craft concise,
compelling announcements.
- Work closely with supervisors, product, creative, and community teams to align cross-
departmental promotion plans.
- Monitor rival game campaigns, compile competitive analysis reports, and refine tactics to
stay ahead.
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with streamers, influencers, and gaming communities for
authentic reach.
- Pivot on the fly: respond to live feedback with clarity, brevity, and actionable solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience promoting an online game directly to players
(social media focus preferred).
- Proven track record of at least one successful game launch campaign—beyond SEO, email,
or SMS—demonstrating strong data analysis and operational workflow skills.
- Deep understanding of player psychology, behavior patterns, and emerging industry trends.
- Solid experience in B2C campaign planning, channel development, and team coordination.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; you deliver concise answers, adapt to live
feedback, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Creative thinker with a knack for ideating eye-catching content and events on limited
budgets.
- Strong industry connections and ability to leverage partnerships for promotional success.
- Demonstrated leadership—able to guide small teams or coordinate multiple agencies.
Education
College diploma or associate degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a
related field.
