Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and improving online engagement across all digital channels to maximize ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar senior digital role.
• Experience in the hospitality sector will be an advantage
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and all major social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation software and CRM tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and reports.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze key performance metrics and data to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum return on investment.
• Online Presence: Proactively manage and grow the company’s online presence and overall brand visibility.
• Content Leadership: Drive the content strategy in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Budget Oversight: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring all spend is cost-effective and high-impact.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging tools, and digital marketing best practices.
