If you want a role where you can grow, lead a great team, and make a real impact, this is for you. What You'll Be Doing Lead the digital strategy for the agency's client portfolio. Manage and mentor a department of 12 specialized digital professionals. Oversee paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Audit and optimize campaign performance directly inside platform backends. Manage digital platform billing, client budgets, and account reconciliations. Build clear marketing quotations, scopes of work, and pitch proposals. Work with creative teams to build high-performing digital content. Must Have! A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Required Experience 7 to 10 years of total experience in digital marketing. 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams, ideally in an agency setup. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. A good understanding of tracking tools like Google Analytics 4. Great communication skills and confidence when presenting to clients.
