SUMMARY:
We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally & internationally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. 

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management and a strong sales background and would be able to contribute towards the organizations overall sales target. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

POSITION INFO:

Role Responsibilities:
Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Plans and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Contribute towards the incremental growth of external sales on a monthly basis 
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Complete digital marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
Achieve monthly sales target on a variety of products 
Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans
