Who are we looking for: A Digital Marketing and Content Creator Specialist responsible for developing and executing compelling digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences and drive business growth.

What will you do:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns that align with brand and business objectives
• Create high-quality, engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing and other digital platforms
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement and performance analysis
• Monitor digital trends, audience behaviour and analytics to optimise content and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials
• Assist in paid media campaigns, including social media advertising and Google Ads
• Work with designers to create visually compelling digital content
• Track and report on key digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations

What do you need:

Skills and Experience Required

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation and social media management
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a knack for creating compelling content
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms and analytics software
• Knowledge of the media landscape and digital trends
• Excellent coordination and project management skills
• A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and new media
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Is a digital-first thinker and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a passion for storytelling, creativity and brand engagement
• Has a strong understanding of trade marketing communications and how this translates on digital platforms, viz. newsletters, infographics and audience insights
