SUMMARY:
This role requires a highly capable and experienced human to define and drive a clear path for digital marketing technology across the whole business. You have a proven track-record of driving projects and creating impact. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the marketing technology stack, including data integration. Your expertise in guiding customer engagement across all relevant digital platforms, including customer adoption of digital sales and self-service channels will be required. Your experience will enable you to prepare & guide the direction for digital marketing technology to reach brand & business goals.

POSITION INFO:
NB: This is a Senior management opportunity- kindly do not apply unless you meet the required minimum skillset.

> 8 years experience in an Integrated Marketing role with a robust working knowledge of technical and analytical concepts is non negotiable.

Experience working across large business environments with multiple stakeholders will equip you well to coordinate efforts across Brand, Digital and Analytics/Data teams.

Do you have hands-on experience in implementing, integrating and operating systems that make up a marketing technology stack?

Your capability

You will need to manager the development of an integrated digital marketing technology stack to drive commercial objectives in the digital environment, including DMP (Adobe Audience Manager), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, DSP (Adform) and Media Planning (Lumina), Datorama, Neustar (Attribution).
Speed up progress and drive automation in a practical way.
Cross functional initiatives will require you to manage technology lifecycle (requirements, scope, schedule, resources, testing, quality, release, costs, and changes)
Coordinate efforts of the business across leadership, product management, technology teams and other stakeholders

Requirements

8-10 yrs experience within a relevant environment, relevant technical qualifications
Solid experience working with analytics software including PowerBI, Qlik, Adobe Analytics and Datorama
Experience in advanced analytics areas including SQL, data warehouse and big data
