Organizational activation, Business initiative activation. Drive strategy execution
SMME coaching and Mentorship program.
Develop Business strategies and go-to market strategies
Digital Platform Design
Digital Strategy Development and Activation Lead for a leading ICT client
Strategic Business Integration for a Business acquisition in various industries leading the Information Technology stream across 4 dimensions Infrastructure, Applications, Data and Information Analysis, and Policy, security & Governance
