Direct Sales Agent (Outbound) – Call Centre – Vehicle Tracking Industry - Randburg

Introduction

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Outbound Direct Sales Agents to join our dynamic Call Centre team at our Head Office in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Upsell and cross-sell products across various campaigns.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas.
Contact both new leads and existing customers to promote products and services.
Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships.
Accurately record and update all customer interactions.
Stay up to date with market trends and product knowledge.
Apply innovative and creative sales techniques to maximize conversions.
Ensure customer service standards are upheld at all times.
Follow up on leads and customer queries promptly.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Work overtime or Saturdays when requested by management.

Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
1–2 years’ outbound sales experience in a call centre environment.
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Strong typing and accurate data capturing skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office & CRM systems).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A persuasive, competitive, and results-oriented nature is an advantage.
