Starting as a trainee,this has the potential to quickly become a hands-on leadership role,where you will be actively coaching and developing a sales team on a daily basis, ensuring the delivery of clear, achievable sales objectives,maintaining agreed operational standards and ensuring a fun, positive and professional culture is maintained throughout the team at all times.
