Direct Store Sales Area Manager

POSITION INFO:

Currently, we’re seeking a Direct Store Sales Area Manager to join our team and manage the day-to-day operations in our Direct Stores (15-19 stores).
This professional multitasker will manage and oversee the day-to-day shop procedures ensuring quality standards are met at every store & ensuring daily & monthly sales targets are achieved (& boost your profit and revenue without increasing your time spent developing additional leads).
The ideal candidate MUST BE exceptionally detail oriented, and able to track multiple facets of the stores at any given time. Candidate must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track IBT’s, & ultimately overseeing the day-to-day shop procedures.
MUST HAVE: Basic understanding of HR policies & procedures:
Pay and timekeeping policy
Leave and time off work policy. - NB | Performance and discipline: Performance improvement plans
Oral and written warnings
Recognitions
Performance reviews
Recruitment responsibilities: Implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
Sourcing candidates by using databases & social media etc.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for positions Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills:

Education & Experience:
MUST HAVE: National Senior Certificate
3 – 5 + years of industry sales experience in running multiple stores
A Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Vehicle
Clear criminal record & credit record
Advantageous: Degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales
OR business administration preferred.
Familiarity with office software systems – SAGE
