Director of Hotel Reservations Contact Centre SME *Remote

SUMMARY:

Our client a New York based Hospitality company is seeking to place a Director in Call Centre Hotel Reservations as soon as possible; it is the responsibility of the candidate to define the business processes and policies and application requirements. As a Special Matter Expert (SME) you have specific knowledge that makes you valuable to the organization:

Seeking an individual with an intense understanding of HOTEL RESERVATION Contact Centre staffing, processes, functions, operations, technology, with some Training / Facilitation background

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric + relevant tertiary qualification + Six Sigma Black Belt professional certification - or similar
• Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Hotel Reservation Call Centres
• 10-15 years of experience working in the relevant area of Hotel (CX) Customer Experience / Liaison expertise
• Advanced knowledge of Business Operations and BPO Project Management experience
• Competency in electronic Contact Centre Management Systems (CCMS)
• Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects
• Knowledge of systems and software engineering to optimally integrate subject expertise in software solution designs
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce and implement technical solutions
• Excellent recordkeeping, as well as English written and verbal communication skills
